When will I receive my confirmation email?

Usually within a few minutes after successful payment. Check spam and promotions folders. Express delivery options, when offered on your country page, may shorten the window see the summary before you pay.

My payment failed or was cancelled

Return to the same country checkout page. Your vehicle and product choices are often still there; correct plate, email, or start date and try payment again. If the problem persists, contact us with the email you used.

I entered the wrong plate or start date

Contact us as soon as possible with your order email and the correct details. Whether a change is possible depends on the national operator and whether the vignette is already registered.

Do I need a windscreen sticker?

These products are digital. Keep your confirmation email (and any PDF) available when you travel so you can show proof if asked on the network covered by your purchase.

Several countries on one trip

Each country has its own vignette or toll product. Complete checkout once per network Hungary and Slovakia, for example, are separate orders with separate plates and dates.
