Privacy statement

We respect your privacy. This page explains what personal data we process when you use this site to buy a digital e-vignette, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

Data involved in your purchase

When you complete checkout, we typically process the categories below. Only provide accurate details they are used to register your vignette with the relevant toll network.

  • Vehicle and vignette details

Vehicle category, licence plate, country of registration, selected product and duration, and validity start date where the checkout asks for one.

  • Contact details

Email address for your order confirmation and, if you choose express delivery when offered, faster dispatch of documents to that address.

  • Payment

Card payments are handled on a secure hosted checkout page by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

Who is responsible

The controller responsible for processing is identified in the legal notice or contact details published on this site. For privacy questions you can use the same channels as customer service.

Why we process your data

We process personal data to perform the contract (registering your vignette and sending confirmation), to comply with legal obligations, and where permitted to improve our service and prevent fraud. Marketing unrelated to your order is not the purpose of the checkout form.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be shared with our payment provider, email delivery services, and the systems required to register your plate with the national toll operator. Some providers may process data outside the EEA; where required, appropriate safeguards apply.

Retention and security

We retain personal data only as long as needed for order handling, accounting, legal claims, and regulatory requirements. We use technical and organisational measures such as encryption in transit and access controls appropriate to the risk.

Automated decisions

We do not use your checkout data for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.

Changes to this statement

We may update this privacy statement when our services, partners, or legal requirements change. The date at the bottom of this page shows when it was last revised.

Your rights

Where the GDPR or comparable law applies, you may have the following rights in relation to your personal data. Requests can be submitted via customer service; we may need to verify your identity.

  • Access

You can ask whether we process your data and receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you in connection with your order.

  • Rectification

If details are inaccurate, you can request correction. Contact us quickly if you notice a wrong plate or start date before travel.

  • Erasure

You may request deletion when there is no overriding legal reason to keep the data (for example statutory retention for tax or toll records).

  • Restriction and objection

In certain cases you can ask us to limit processing or object to processing based on legitimate interests.

  • Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence, place of work, or where an alleged infringement occurred.

Exercise your rights or ask a question

Include your confirmation email and licence plate when you contact us about an order or a privacy request, so we can respond without unnecessary delay.
