What you confirm before payment
At checkout you explicitly request immediate delivery of the digital service and agree that your 14-day withdrawal right ends once the vignette registration and confirmation email have been fully provided.
If you are a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession), you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons.
That right does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if: • performance has begun with your prior express consent; and • you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance is complete. A digital e-vignette registration is such a service. By ticking the consent box and paying, you give that consent and acknowledgement.
Performance starts after successful payment when we (or our systems) submit your order for registration with the national Operator and send your confirmation email. From that moment withdrawal is generally no longer available for the delivered part of the service.
If you contact us immediately after payment and registration has not yet been completed, we will try to cancel the order. If cancellation succeeds, we refund the price paid to the original payment method within 14 days.
Send a clear statement to customer service (email, chat, or post) including your name, order email, licence plate, and order date. You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but it is not required. Merchant: tolltogo.com contact details as published on the customer service page.
If a refund is due, we process it without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your valid withdrawal or cancellation request. We use the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. No unnecessary fees are charged for permitted refunds. If you received any additional service you chose to keep, statutory rules on value reduction may apply.
